Principles of handling your data

We are the company eMANTA Czech s.r.o. with its registered office at Blatnická 4219/4,628 00 Brno, identification number: 10824511, registered in the Commercial Register kept in Brno, established on 4 May 2021, registered under file number C 123063/KSBR at the Regional Court in Brno.

We operate an e-shop on the website www.filamentpro.eu

In order to provide our services, sell goods and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is primarily governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. This data mainly includes your e-mail address.

For what purpose?

We will use it to contact you regarding further arrangements about goods or services.

On what legal basis?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract or implementation of measures prior to concluding a contract at your request.

How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 3 years from our last communication.

Processing of personal data in the case of a purchase

If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you provide. This mainly includes billing information: first name, last name, address, phone number and email.

For what purpose?

We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via your contact details regarding the status of your order, potential complaints, or your questions.

We will also process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and other obligations).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligations.

How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of providing our services and afterwards for 3 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and you did not opt out during the purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletters.

On what legal basis?

This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you refused it during the purchase.

How long will we process personal data?

3 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or by contacting us at: info@filamentpro.eu

Who will have access to the data?

Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or individuals work for us and may gain access to the data because they help us operate our e-shop. These include:

• companies involved in shipping goods and processing payments
• email marketing service providers (MailerLite, Ecomail)
• e-shop platform provider – Upgates.cz

Your personal data may also be shared with the following entities:

• Payment gateway Comgate, a.s.

We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.

What else you should know

In our company we do/do not have a designated Data Protection Officer.

In our company there is/is not decision-making based on automated processing or profiling.

Your rights regarding personal data processing

You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe that we do not handle your data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or you may take your claims to court.
